Lion Izett McCalla brings unmatched institutional knowledge and visionary leadership to the campaign, having served with distinction as a Past Council Chairperson and Former District Governor. Renowned for his excellence in strategic planning, governance, and leadership development, Lion Izett provides the campaign with authoritative guidance, deep organizational insight, and seasoned judgment.
Of exceptional significance is his historic achievement as Council Chairperson, where he successfully led the transition of MD60 from Constitutional Area 3 (South and Central America) to Constitutional Area 1 (USA and the Bahamas), a transformational milestone that reshaped MD60’s positioning, influence, and access to resources within Lions Clubs International.
As Senior Campaign Advisor, Lion Izett serves not only as a strategist but as the campaign’s compass, ensuring that every major decision is anchored in proven Lions Protocol, Governance and Management.
Lion Janet Ferguson
Senior Campaign Advisor & Advocacy Lead
District Health & Wellness Coordinator; former President of St. James Lions Club; held multiple district leadership roles including Public Relations Chairperson, PR Associate, P.R. & I.T. Associate (2), Region and Zone Secretary, and Health & Wellness Committee member. Graduate of the Lions Leadership Training Institute.
Brings strong skills in administration, strategic planning, project coordination, member engagement, advocacy, and event management. A seasoned mentor with extensive experience in strengthening club operations and advancing impactful community service initiatives.


Lion Addo Cherrington
Campaign Strategist, Finance Director, & Spokesperson
Proven campaign tactician with strong district-level experience in team and people management, strategic coordination, and financial stewardship. Former District Leo & Youth Associate Chairperson and Leo Secretary Treasurer; Chair of the Money Matter Investment Forum (“Investing – The Benefits to Service and Non-Profit Organizations”). Marketing and Sponsorship Coordinator for the 37th MD60 Mid-Year Conference Magazine Committee. Moderator of the District Leo Forum at the 2019 Mid-Year Conference and Co-Host of the first Leo District Induction Ceremony. Widely recognised for leadership, mentoring, effective communication, and organizational management.
Lion Vilma Campbell, MJF
Personal Advisor & Campaign Advisor
Melvin Jones Fellow (MJF); Masters Degree in Educational Leadership; Bachelor's Degree in Guidance and Counseling; former Region and Zone Chairperson; experienced educational leader and former high school principal. Provides personal guidance to the candidate and actively supports the campaign team. Brings strong skills in leadership, mentorship, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.
