Mentorship and coaching pathways for emerging leaders can help ensure continuity and confidence at every level. Additionally, enhanced support for Region and Zone leaders can help clubs navigate challenges effectively. We welcome feedback on training formats, topics, and tools that would be most valuable to Lions at all stages of their journey.
