Sustaining our movement begins with strong onboarding and a supportive club culture. Potential strategies include implementing data-driven retention models, sharing best practices for welcoming new members, and reinforcing the Leo-to-Lion pipeline to develop future leadership. We are considering mentorship programs, structured engagement plans, and recognition initiatives to help members feel valued and connected. Feedback from Lions will guide how we adapt these ideas to meet the unique needs of each club.
